By downloading, accessing, or using Griham Construction Calculator and Griham Cloud (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Griham provides digital calculation, estimation, and site management tools intended to assist civil engineers, architects, and contractors. The Service is provided as a supplementary tool to enhance workflow efficiency.
3. Limitation of Liability & Professional Responsibility
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Griham Cloud is an estimation utility, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. All calculations, volume outputs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generations, and material estimates must be independently verified by a licensed civil or structural engineer prior to construction or material procurement.
Under no circumstances shall Griham, its founders, or affiliates be held legally or financially liable for project delays, material shortages, structural failures, or financial losses resulting from the use of calculations generated by the Service.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Griham reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary calculation engines.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original code, mathematical engines, custom formula architecture, and UI/UX design, are owned by Griham and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain full ownership of their specific project data and custom formulas inputted into the system.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
